Non disclosure by Hyundai

Bought a vehicle on the 12/03/2022( 2016 polo vivo maxx), and on the 30/03/2022 took the vehicle for a check at VW Rivonia in Sandton, because the vehicle front brakes were noisy and the car was shaking when applying brakes. Only to find that the vehicle has defects totalling to R20000. Up until this day the dealer doesn’t want to take responsibility.
