Hyundai Service department Missed diagnosis of mechanical failures

I took my vehicle Hyundai Edwin Swales to have my vehicle assessed for faults. Despoite the the poor communication and rude and disrespectful employees (2 Manager, Repairs supervisor and Quotation persons), my vehicle was misdiagnosed. I am trying to understand wether the misdiagnosis was done on purpose to generated a illicit income on behalf of hyundai.
