Car not licensed 7 months later - Covid excuse not valid

I bought my vehicle mid July 2020, and understood at the time that due to Covid registration was delayed by apprpox (3 months), I paid R5000 on the purchase price for registration that has still not taken place after numerous follow ups, and my husband taking the car to the dealership on the 24th November 2020 to have the car licensed in my name, further my husband has subsequently followed up and was informed that Raj(Manager) would get back to him, Raj has not even given the courtesy of a phone calI or message. I have now followed up again and 7 months later, I still do not have the registration. This is extremely unprofessional and an apology from the manager does not suffice, I am absolutely appalled at the lack of after service & customer care. I would never buy a car from this dealership again.
