Worst sales experience of my life!!!

Bought my car in Aug'22... They registered my vehicle under my ****en Surname.. but marriage certificate was attached everything, after a month I was told they cannot register my car under my new surname ,as they do need my new ID with my surname on it!! So... went to home affairs to get ID and send it to them to get the car registered accordingly. After asking in multiple emails what the feedback is, as the sales person are ignoring me ,I was told it cannot be done?! How??? Why??? They made the mistake! They must fix it!!!! Previous car I baught at Hyundai Fourways it was registered on the right surname? So what is the problem?! I have my car for 3 months now. Needed to send it in 5 times already because there is something wrong with my car, everytime something different!!!! Only for my car to be braught back to me and be told there is nothing wrong!!!! I cannot deal with such incompetance!!!! I need to beg them for feedback for everything! They already took my car and made their sale so what the hell do they care! I am sooo dissapointed in the service of this place!!!!!
