Very Bad Service from Hyandai East Rand

We bought a Hyundai Creta with extended Warranties and Motorplans exct from Hyandai East Rand. I have been waiting dince last year fir them too book my car for panel beating. My License disk expires at the end of August 22 and i looked in the cars compartment thinking that my paperwork is alk there. NOTHING❗️Just the service book. My car is also due for its service. When i contacted the Salesperson he told me that he left all my papers in his draw and has left the dealership. I should Contact Leslie he has taken over. To date the only respinse i got from the dealership was to accompany them too the Licensing Department. We paid just short off R270 000 cash. For Change of ownership including all extended warranties and Motorplans. My Husband took his Health Insurance money to buy a reliable new car soo i could get him too his treatments and Dr without getting stuck next too the road. We have always bought Hyandai. We currently own 4. I am soo put off Hyandai and i am soo sorry that we spent soo much money at Hyandai with such bad service. My cars paperwork is mussing. Change of ownership has not been done and i have absolutely no paperwork for my Service plan/ Motorplan/ License Papers. The only thing i have is proof of payment and a car that needs to be serviced. Can anyone help me please.
