Theft by used car salesman!!!

Themba Ntlangulele has ****** my spare key, I say ****** because he initially said he was looking for it as it had been misplaced, he kept dragging the situation, until I called and spoke to his manager Dan, when asked about it by his manager, all of a sudden he says he does not recall me giving him my spare key. A whole month after I had been asking for it, this leads me to the conclusion that he has ****** it, for what reason? I do not know, my biggest fear is that I live in the same area as him, so is my car safe???
