Never received a spare key

We bought a car from Hyundai East rand in 2021, the Salesman said he would go find a spare key but never gave us, a few months later we learnt that he had resigned. I repeatedly went there for about two years and every time the Used car sales man Xolani kept on saying he will look for the key. in 2023 December he asked me to come and he will find it, I came and he couldn't find it, he took my car details and ordered it, told be because it is festive season, I will get the key by January. by March I never received the key, I went to the branch and ended up speaking to the Branch principal who promised to get back to me in two days, I still have not received the key. I don't know what to do now because my car key will be problematic if I lose this one.
