Hyundai East Rand mall arrogant service

My vehicle is due for service and even took an extended service plan .......when i called inn to book since it's nearer lady Mbali refferd me to a white lady in the service department and was the second last lady assigned to my car as the service advice at East Rand mall branch and she was not help full and to quick to tell me to call Springs branch that is the last branch i serviced at due to work location. Refused to attend to my matter and to assist me since what was on the book was not according to her knowledge,didn't even attempt to advice. I then called Springs and the reception lady gladly assisted me and my car is now booked for service and was able to see that I'm still covered and have an extended service plan.
