Huyndai East Rand Bad service

My car went in for a service, and before the service, I informed them that I was experiencing issues with the handbrake. In their feedback, they mentioned that they noticed I had the auto-hold feature for the handbrake activated and advised me not to use it. However, I don't understand why I shouldn't use this feature since it's available on my car. Additionally, the service manager asked me to record a video if the issue occurred again, which I did. Now, I've been trying to contact the service manager for two days, and the DP is always busy and unable to take my call. As a result, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Very disappointing after-service service...
