Bad service

2019 i purchased a car Hyundai i20 then the sales person Sheina never gave me navigator card I have been complaining about it since 2019 until today I'm being taken from pillar to post ,wen j call them I don't get answers, I emailed manager he gave numbers for another manager to call but stil have not being assisted
