My sister in law bought a car Hyundai Venue automatic in January, sales person was a guy named Mulalo. Just after 2 to 3 weeks of driving the car had gearbox problems( noted she only drives tk work 3 times a week). She reported the issue with the dealership and was told to drive it on manually when it starts to shake. She reported this about 4 times until she returned the car to dealership to be fixed.

Now the dealership has diagnosed the car and found out that the gearbox was faulty. Issue now they saying she will only get her car back after 20 working day's. This is a huge inconvenience and they not willing to even get her a courtesy car. The dealership is not even remorseful and now she has to pay for an unused car.

Now they not even answering our calls, we regret ever setting foot in that dealership.
