Hyundai eastrand terrible service

Hyundai eastrand as being so poor in they service j have taken my Hyundai staria to them for a gear box's problem instead off fixing the gear box's they come back and put in a new turbo after me explain g to them it's the gear box's as a fault I have waited over two mo the for the vehicle which no customer service was given to us .They have given me the bus last week which they told me all is sorted they have test drive the vehicle and its fixed only to find out as I drove off from the dealership the problem remains they took the bus back kn last week Monday and still no feedback or way forward that the bus will ever get sorted by them as they forman said it was a miss communication clearly they are lost and do t really know what to do because the procrastination from two months ago which they have never assisted us at all no communication neither they commitment to us fixing our vehicle will ever come out everything about Hyundai eastrand from service to management to workshop machinical stuff as failed to deliver I will never ever deal with them again very poor service from them il never ever purchase any vehicle from them again.
