Hyundai Dealership Bethlehem

What a pathetic service I received at this dealership. I was communication with Pieter who provided with false information regarding my car that will be ready in the morning of the 11.02.2020 which it was not ready. This dealership received my car at 08h00 on the 10.02.2020 which was a breakdown. When I am asking him to pull our telephone records he bluntly ignored me. Worse part he sends me to someone who will assist me. When I get to that department Godfrey the gentleman who is supposed to assist me knows nothing about my case now I have to start from stretch to tell him what happened. I told him the story when they phoned Pieter to find out what happened he went for lunch. Hardly 5 to 10 mins I was in their building. Which really puzzled me that how can he go out on lunch while I am a complaining client.

Eventually they decided to start with my car around 12h00 when I arrived in their premises as communicating telepathically was not getting us anywhere. I had to stood there in front of them while busy with my car eventually they gave me the car at 17h19 the technician did not even test drive my car when they handed over to me. Went around the block my car got stuck again with the same issue which I could not understand what they were doing all these hours if my car will get stuck.

Came back to their offices which I think took me 10mins as I was trying to find my way back as I am not fami**** with Bethlehem. I hooted no one answered or opened the gate. I had to ask a friend from Johannesburg to assist me to allocate them. He had to phone area manager which they phoned technician to come through informed me that unfortunately my ca still not ready.

So had to book another night again in a B&B in Bethlehem while I told Pieter that I do not have funds anymore to book another night if they can finish with my car will be great. Which it fell on def ears.

This left me traumatize in so many ways an experience that I do not wish to happen to anyone a all. In a place that you are not even fami**** with no family no friend to assist you around.

I am worried now if they will do a proper job in my car. Will they not add unnecessary costs just to spite me as I am woman and I do no know anything about cars. Will I not get stuck again in the middle of the night.
