Beware of Hyundai Constantia Kloof!!!

I purchased a second hand Renault last year (May 2021) at this dealership, they added an extended service plan to my deal and assured me that my next service for 2 years is covered in the plan. I was then due for service late last year (2021) and the insurance that was supposed to pay for my service (Liquid capital) gave me the run around. I had my car returned twice because of claim rejection. They said I should come in January, I went again this year and I still got the run around. I called Hyundai Constantia Kloof and they said they would assist me but till today (April 2022) my car has not yet went for service. I am planning to take legal actions because they are making me pay for a service that I cannot access. I am very ANGRY!!!

If I knew this is how they operate, I would have went to a more reputable dealership!
