Rude car salesman after i have signed the contract

I recently took a car for a trade in at Hyundai Brits and i was assisted by Fanie now my temporal registration is expiring on the 4th of July and the guy is telling me stories that he is still waiting for Madibeng and when i asked to register my car on my own he did not allow me now he is saying i cannot register the car when it is still owned by the bank but my previous car was registered by me and it was financed by the bank also he is being rude that he gave me a deal when other dealers didn't i don't know how he knows that because i had other deals but wanted hyundai i20 and they seemed like a logical option as the dealership was not far from me and when i collected my car it was really not in a condition of being collected it had not been washed and not sure if it went through proper channels to be tested for me to take it. I regret taking the deal in first place

Miss Nthuli came to Hyundai Brits looking to trade in her 2019 Ford Figo 1.5 Ambient, she bought the vehicle in January and there was a large shortfall. I told her I would do all I can to assist her. I informed Miss Nthuli that I could assist her on a 2018 i20. She told me she would get back to me.

When I followed up with her, she informed me that she would be taking a deal at Hyundai Hatfield. I told her I am happy she found a deal. Miss Nthuli return about a week later asking if we would still be able to assist her.

We offered her the same deal as before and she said the instalment is to high, we then proceeded to drop the price with an additional R10 000 to assist Miss Nthuli. She said she will let us know and left the dealership.

I tried calling, messaging Miss Nthuli to find out if we will be going ahead with this deal. She did not take my calls or reply to my messages. She showed up on Wednesday 19th asking to take delivery the following afternoon. We did everything we could to get her a vehicle as we did not have stock

The vehicle arrived and we immediately started with the delivery prep. She then arrived in the morning in a rush to take the vehicle as she would be leaving for Natal after. We rushed to get the vehicle ready, she was inpatient. I told her we can deliver but the vehicle has not been washed

Miss Nthuli said it doesn’t matter she wanted to miss peak traffic and will take delivery as is. I told her that she can bring the vehicle back anytime for a free wash (we offer this to all our customers)

I explained that we were experiencing problems with the local licencing department and we will do our best to get the vehicle registered before the expiry date on the temp permit. She expressed concern that the permit expires before her return date and that she would need to cut her trip short.

As a show of good will I told her that we will courier the number plates and disk as soon as it arrives (at no extra cost to her) so that she would need to cut her trip short. She was happy and left the dealership.

She contacted me on the 26th and asked me if her plates where ready, I informed her that they are not ready but if the permit expires, I will courier her a new one. She was not happy with the solution I provided.

I tried my best to find a solution to Miss Nthuli’s problem, but she was just not having any of it. All of this was happening 6 pm.

Through the whole process we tried to accommodate Miss Nthuli’s needs and wants. Running up and down as she kept changing dates and times.

We are more then willing to cover the cost of courier and to send her a new permit if her permit expires. My intent was not to be rude, but I was blunt with Miss Nthuli as she was becoming unreasonable.

I do not understand what Miss Nthuli is looking to gain out of this review and if she is only trying to hurt us, but we are still committed to our customers, we will still courier the plates/permit to her.
