Worst service ever at HYNDAI BRACKENFELL

I am disappointed to report a disappointing experience with the Brackenfell branch of your dealership. In 2022 5 December, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that developed numerous mechanical issues within the first year of ownership. When I brought the car in for repairs, the estimate amounted to R94,000. I requested that the dealership reinstall the original parts so I could have my car back, but they demanded R10,000 just to put the old parts back on.

The car has remained in the dealership's possession since 1 December 2023, and it is now mid-February 2024. I have been told several stories causing the repair delays. Despite making monthly payments this whole time for a car I cannot drive, I have received nothing but excuses from the dealership about when the repairs might be completed. The manager is so rude I cannot stand them. I am so disappointed with even the customer care department because I sent complaints in December and the matter is still not resolved. What a horrible service.
