Hyundai Tucson gearbox continuous repairs

How Unbelievable Hyundai is regarding their Warranty, i Have Hyundai Tucson 2017, bought it brand new Jan 2018, with 135km on the clock, a month after that the problems started, I'm now almost at the end of my Warranty, about 15 000km left, and my gearbox has been broken 3 times since and now Hyundai is refusing to fix it and blaming previous repairs done to the vehicle being it my fault to why the gearbox has broken again, they are **** to their advertising of 7 years/200 000km warranty, your first 5 years is when your warranty really comes to a end, after that 2 years it is a limited warranty to drive train etc. It so sad that I have had this vehicle so long and kept up my servicing, even when my service plan ended I still continued with separate one, Now Hyundai Brackenfell blames me for having cosmetic repairs as accidents and other repairs they conducts to find the problems under warranty as reason to why my gearbox keeps breaking.
