Hyundai Brackenfell WC - Excellent Service

I took delivery of a new Hyundai 1.6 Creta A/T from Hyundai in Brackenfell Western Cape on Friday 09 October 2020. What an experience I had in today's South Africa where service is beyond pathetic to the extent that buying any item, the attitude of the supplier is that of doing you, the customer, a FAVOUR. No professionalism, no courtesy nor friendliness. This however was not my experience with the service I received from Dee Davids and Frank both from Hyundai Brackenfell. What professionals whom were not only experienced but also passionate and so knowledgeable about the brand and product. Their patience, friendliness and humidity really made me appreciate that yes indeed there are still good and reliable sales executives who put customer needs, interest and services first. For example, Frank was so aware of the risk I was exposed to given that I am a senior citizen and therefore at a greater risk of covid 19 infection that he continously sanitised the pen I used to sign documents. However, and unfortunately I cannot say the same about Natsha, the financial lady whom was very hostile, impatient, unfriendly, unprofessional and did not bother to sanitise the desk surface and electronic pen before I had to append my electronic signature on documents for declining value adds. Her attitude took me back once more to the pathetic service prevalent in our country. But I will not allow Natasha to change my opinion of the excellent service I received from Hyundai Brackenfell but more particularly from Dee Davids and Frank. Thank you both so much.
