Hyundai Brackenfell - not doing the full job, really sad they are the agents. USELESS

My Mom sent in her car (Auto Getz) for a 90k service. IE major and timing belt. On all my cars (VW) the agents and aftermarket service centres replace belt and tensioner, not negotiable. They then go the extra step and are clever enough to replace all seals and water pump as an added and strongly recommended extra as you are paying so much labour to get to that section of the car.

Hyundai Brackenfel has now on senior till 15 May to assist on why my Mom was dealt poor advice and in their opinion the tensioner was not needed. this has never been an option and again I urge all Males to step in when the cars of Ladies go for services, especially major ones. These Sharks took full advantage of replacing 3 air filters that will not effect the mechanics and destroy the motor.

Basically POOR advice for what seems to be a very poorly managed branch

I am glad I have spotted this as now I will not be looking at ever buying a Hyundai or servicing a car there again.
