HYUNDAI BRACKENFELL

I'm a customer based in Pretoria, In March 23 I bought a car from Hyundai Brackenfell. I received the car on the 4th of April 23. Upon receiving the car I realized that radio, break and reverse lights were not working. On the 5th April I took the car to Hyundai wonderboom. They managed to sort our reverse and break lights for me. To date their still still struggling to get the radio working again. Its now almost two months the car been in their position. They tried everything possible and they still cant get in it right. I m currently without a car for two months. I tried to engage dealer principal from Brackenfell and I must allude that this guy is the most rude person I ever had to deal with. This guy had the audacity to tell me that I bought the car not the radio. therefore the is nothing he can assist me with. More especially car been in Pretoria and him been in Cape. He told me how radio is not important what's important is that the car is in drivable state. When I tell him that if I knew that the radio is not working I wouldn't have bought the car as radio is important to me. He threatened so many times to end the call when I was telling how I feel about this whole car issue. Wonderboom service department suspect the whole wiring system is faulty. The guy from Brackenfell told me I need to drive the car to every Hyundai for second, third, fourth etc opinion. He blames service department from wonder boom that their ***********. I had stories regarding how HYUNDAI SA is, in a single moment I never thought I would also one day be in the same predicament.
