BAD WORSE , service from Hyundai brackenfell and their service rep.

Took my Hyundai Creta for a service in March, and ask them to look at a rattle coming from the dashboard. I was told that the moise was identified but need to rebook my car as they need to remove the dashboard.

I rebooked my car today Monday 8April , i was there at 7am dropping the car off, got a whatsapp message at 12:34 that it was assigned to a technician.Got a call at 15:45 that the car would be ready before 5pm,when I enquired about the noise the Service person told me the car must be booked in as it would take 2days to sort it out, my battery gave problems and they focused the whole day on exchanging the battery other that the thing it was booked in for. The Service Rep was nonchalant and good not give two rats about my complaints as to why the car was there for.This is the absolute last time my car will go there
