BAD SERVICE

I bought a car VW Polo from them in July 2023. End October the car got warm and I took it so VW Malmesbury. The radiator had a leak. I phone Hyundai Brackenfell for support. The sales rep told me that is a pity as a radiator leak was because of wear and tear. I have not even drive 5000km with the car. How can I wear and tear a radiator? The sales rep told me to fix the car and he will see what he can do. Well we at the end of January 2024 with absolutely no replay or help paying the R6000 it cost me to get a new Radiator. Will not recommend them to buy a car!!!
