bad service

I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealer two years ago, the deal included a maintenance plan to two years/ 60km depending on what comes first. To ensure that i am covered for reasonable time period i took out an additional maintenance plan of 3/4 year or 75k, depending on what comes first. The additional plan i took out was only suppose to be active after the original one of 60km expired. My car is due for service and all plans have been terminated, I have been trying to contact the branch, via phone, email and personal visit, for feedback and updates, no feedback received to date. i then consulted the workshop, where i service my car to check my profile, they informed that the dealership double charged me, two plans were running at the same time and both are now terminated. The worse part is that they cannot even provide feedback on matter.
