Bad bad service

I have one car and the dealer is very well aware of that. If my car is serviced by that branch. A shuttle drop you off at home. Needles to say that the Counter staff at the Service Centre is rude. It is my car, but this women put me on hold to phone my fiance, so that she could yell at him. My fiance dropped of the car. I live 4.5km away from the garage. With the previous service I had to walk all the way to pick up my car. With the last repair on my vehicle the stabilizers was replaced. This was not necessary as it was a bubble on the Tyre. My safety belt on the driver seat was replaced. Needles to say. Now it is not working at all. They keep my car for a day. This is not the first time that inferior work was done to my car. However saying that the managers at the branch seems helpful.
