Utterly disappointed

I am utterly disappointed. I took my Hyundai Atos in for service this morning and specifically asked that they fix my driver's window. I have been struggling with it as it either wouldn't open or close. A person at PG Glass helped me by looking at it but disabled the window for me as he could not see the problem and I was afraid I might accidentally open it. When I received my car this afternoon after the "service", it was still disabled even though the service assistant told me that they had "stripped" the door. I cannot understand what the service assistant told me as it does not make sense as to what is wrong. The security is also pathetic as anyone can come and go as they please through the entrance/exit.
