Unauthorised Debit

Good Morning,Can i please get this resolved ASAP as one of your employees is ****ming me Charles. I wanted a car last month and I did not take but my account was debited last month and this month by your branch. I have been in communication with Charles but nothing is happening if I’m not getting this resolved then I guess I will have to go report this as a ******** case.
