Terrible sales service!

I am appalled at the service we have received from Hyundai Boksburg. And would NEVER recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from them and collected it in November 2023, and it's been one issue after another. Firstly we requested that they wrap the car in black and change the bmw logos, and they did a shoddy job - they didn't cover the inside of the doors, the vehicle reached us with some covers missing on the body and some body parts replaced terribly after the wrap. The bmw logos are peeling off. And thats not even the worst part! It has now been almost two months and we have not received our license disk and number plates, we have had to get temps twice, which have now both expired! We have since tried to sort it out ourselves at the post office, only to find that the car is owing money from the previous owners. I don't know how buying a vehicle can turn into such an admin nightmare! Also disappointed in Brian Mntambo (salesman) who has made very little efforts to resolve all the above.
