Poor Customer service

I bought a car 2 months ago Car broke down. Took it back, been almost a month now without a car, Christo Albert principal refuse to get me a car to use while they still getting me a car.

He is rude and I feel like because I'm black he refuse to approve the temporary car.

I mean I can't pay for a car that I don't use.
