18 May 2023, 18:10 Hyundai East Mall Incompetence I really had a bad experience with hyundai East Rand Mall,i traded in my car on friday 12 May 2023,i got a pre owned grand i10.after few days i got a call from Valentia who was assisting me with my application saying that Malebo the finance manager forgot to make me sign the settlement letter,so she asked if i can come to their offices.i couldn't go there to sign because i was at work and then asked if i can come on Saturday,Valencia said it will be late by Saturday for me to sign and the can't email nor bring the document to me because the document can't leave the office.

Then she said if i don't come today 18 May 2023 they will have to cancel my deal,i said okay.They then came to my work place took the grand i10 and they gave me back the car i traded in dirty and with a flat tire.

I am so disappointed with hyundai East Rand,why do i have to suffer for people's incompetence,why did they give me the grand i10 before checking their paperwork.i will not even go back to apply for a new application.

I am really traumatized by this experience 💔
