BEWARE & WATCH OUT

Stay away from this Branch, and most importantly from the brand!!!!!

I bought my 2nd hand car last month and its been booked for a gearbox inspection due to the box being faulty, (3RD gear) hyundai refuses to help a customer to travel around in a courtesy car! they don't care if you have to walk to work they simply don't lend you a car when a vehicle is in for warranty repairs! The after sales is pathetic they don't care about anything!!!! After you climb into your car and drive off, once the car is sold beware no care attitude policy!!!!!! Sales person lebohang alex tsotetsi is a two bit **** and the that upper management claims that they didn't know anything about! (His lying condition) Have i mentioned they don't care about you!!!!

I will say this 11 years of driving this brand, has been destroyed overnight because of a small boy who wont keep to his word and poor dealer service with brand (hyundai). I've had 4 vehicles with them his new car of mine 2021 Grand I10 1.2 Fluid has set the tone that I will get rid of the vehicle with my wife's Tucson in the next coming up months I will NEVER support this brand I will NEVER buy this brand I will NEVER ride in this brand again. As I told the dp of that branch no one knows what's happening in there (its a freaking circus in there.)

Nice move y'all you have lost a customer forever. I just pray that this will be hope to the next person who thinks its a good idea to go there for a new car, I'll tell you this ignore this warning you will have endless problems!
