BAD SERVICE AND SELLING ME A CAR THAT IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION

I bought a car from Hyundai Boksburg May 2021, and May 2022 after +/- 40000KM it is giving me so many problems in the engine( faulty gears, overheating, bad water circulation, hooter not working apparently the airbags are not working, turbo not charging, etc). All these problems in a short space of time tells me the car problems prior to my purchase. I contacted JP Rautenbach the sales manager and he is not interested on resolving the problem. the last conversation we had was him asking for my settlement and I never heard from him again.
