Bad service..

It's been 48hours since they don't have electricity, and they have a a generator that broken but they still taking calls for one to still bring their vehicle for service knowing very well that they won't service it since they have electricity problems and the refuse to let you take your car to another dealership and apparently there's no manager who will account for this incompetency
