Bad customer service

Purchased a Hyundai Tucson last year it had a broken taillight which I was told I would be contacted to get a new one. Took the car for service and I was charged close to R4k to replace it. Sent Arthur the sales consultant a message when I will get this sorted he has ignored me since. When they wanted the sale they were very helpful but once they get it you don’t exist.
