Worst experience

I visited here on 2 April for my niece's birthday party and was horribly disappointed and frustrated. At around 1pm to 2pm, so in broad daylight, my car which was parked just a few meters from the security guard/gate was deliberately and deeply keyed from the driver's door, back passengers door, around the back light and across the entire boot. All that was done to address this was that the elderly guard scrippled a "report" in his book and said he would report it to management. Five days later management have not bothered to contact me regarding this. Apparently this venue in such an affluent area does not have cameras in the parking lot?? So it would not be possible to see the perpetrator.... Which got me thinking... This venue has a kids play area so if someone walks out with a child that isn't theirs then there would be no camera evidence of which vehicle they were driving etc. Extremely unsafe!

Another issue we encountered was that the kids play area reeked of sewage several times during the day! That strench of human excrement and sewage gases cannot be healthy for anyone! When we asked the staff they just laughed about it so the disgusting unsanitary odour is a common occurrence at this fancy venue.

All in all this place was a huge disappointment.
