DANGEROUS HYTO TYTO

Very unhappy thus far with the staff and management at Hyto Tyto. My daughter (9 years old) broke both her arms on 21 September on their zipline that does not have any harnesses in place for small children. Not one staff member reported the incident, nor attended to her whilst she was on a school outing. The school immediately responded to us wanting answers, but Hyto Tyto still has not in two weeks? She walked around for two hours with broken arms and after numerous phone calls, a personal visit to HytoTyto and e-mails no one has responded to this. What if another child breaks a back on that zipline in future?
