Fail to deliver - Bad Construction work

HYS Renovations - First of all, nothing new that Construction Companies have it in their advantage to fool woman, when it comes to quotes and renovation advice. So, I paid HYS Renovations to do screeting in my yard to create a patio. Now at first I was happy with the work, I told the contractor that everything looks neat and I can't wait for everything to come together for me to finally have my own patio and braai area. WELL NO, little did I know what I got myself into, as the screeting dried, there was immediate cracks. Also - after telling me this project will only take a few days... it took over 2 to 3 weeks.... and then we had some rain, just to see how uneven this screeting actually was... I had massive water pools all over the patio area and no where for the water to flow to... the screeting had burst, and I ended up having the most horrible looking patio ever...

I had the owner called to came and inspect and shared my frustration. I am so unhappy and my first question to the owner was "Would you be happy with a job done like this in your own yard?" he answered; "no".

Now... Would this owner have left it there if this was his patio? I will assure you not... Would this owner put up a fight to have it fixed? Ofcourse he would !!

So why am I being treated with empty promises? They came to try and fix it a few weeks after the mess were made, and it got messed up even more, it's being OVER A YEAR now... and still just empty promises were made to come and fix it properly. .. we are now at the point where there is no respond to messages... HYS Renovations - thank you for showing me what men are made of these days, because I promise you ... you are not the first or the last construction company to be ***ardly, fail to deliver, and to take people for a ride. you left me with a mess :-( and an unhappy heart. It's a huge amount of money down the drain. SHAME ON YOU!
