Hot blanket

I bought a double bed hot blanket from the above, a month later the right side stops working, I tried to get them to replace it and was told it is not their policy to do so, they need to send it back to the supplier. So now they have just made they suppliers bad product my problem. no refund, no hot black. they will let me know in 14 days, even though there were a number of hot blankets on the show floor. So if you need a hot blanket for winter, avoid Hirsch's, customer service sucks.
