Horrific parking system with locked gates

<p>Recently watched a movie at numetro in hyde park mall which ended at 1 am. We could not get to our cars due to all doors being locked. After walking through the mall several times to find a security guard we had to walk out through an exit far from our parking only to walk back around the building to pay for our ticket and then exit. While leaving there were still several other people trapped in the mall with no assistance. I will no longer be watching movies at the nu metro in hyde park due to the inconvenience. I was not the least bit impressed especially by mall management who makes poor decisions without considering the practicality.</p>
