Good day This is not something I engage in, despite having occurred over 20 times. I have been refueling at BP 291 Jan Smuts Ave, Hyde Park, Randburg, 2196 for the last 8 years. I'm frustrated with the service recently; on several occasions, they fill my tank and half of my fuel ends up on the ground.

This is intolerable; it's reached a level that prompted me to voice my concerns. Petrol is very costly, so you still need to pay for what is on the floor. Definitely not acceptable; if it occurred 3 times, then yes, but I've been patient enough.
