Good day <br> <br> On the 29 August 2015, I got a call from the security at my complex that a neighbor had driven into the sliding door by accident.<br> I tried to contact the agent Gill to no avail all weekend.<br> On Monday 31 August 2015, I called Jeanette whom I understand to be a partner who said the matter is for the body corporate and advised I call Hillda, whom I then called and said I should call the same Jeanette until I told her Jeanette had referred me to her. <br> She proceeded to try and assist me by requesting the details of the incident.<br> I have been following up with the agency since then and they seem not to take the matter serious as now they are saying they are waiting on insurance which the claim was only made 2weeks after the incident due to the incompetency.<br> <br> I have read the terms and conditions of the contract, and there is a section which states \in terms of the agreement or Act
