Unsatisfied client

I am unsatisfied with Hyphen service, since i paid up my debts and send all the letters to them i didn't hear anything from them since last year 2022 December. I was assisted by Chantel, when i send emails and call them i don't get any feedback since, they kept me waiting on the line and promise to call me back.

Hyphen i am still waiting for your call please, please i need my name to be cleared i cant do anything.
