The amount tha was payed to my loans and why they say I owe them

Hai I was under dept review called hyphen since 2020 till 2023 than received calls from the consultant from my loans and other accounts that they are not receiving payments from hyphen than I decided to stop paying them to my suprise they didn't inform about my balance and they said I owe them 2600 and I'm paying my loans fnb and nedbank everymonth and im paying them(hypen)200 everymonth
