No proof of allocated funds
<p>I have been under debt review since 2009. I have requested statements dating back 9 months now because although I had paid up some of my accounts HYPHEN PDA is still debiting my account. When I requested the statement it only shows the amounts being allocated to my varous accounts but no balance figure. Where is my money going to all this time. My debt counselor from Money Management Solutions in Pinetown does not respond to my emails and the land line just rings. This is just unacceptable we need to get to the bottom of this . My accounts are all paid in full now where has my money been going to?</p>

Hyphen PDA is the NCR registered Payment Distribution Agent (NCRPDA01) that your selected Debt Counsellor utilises for the facilitation of collections and payments to your Credit Providers.
A repayment plan is uploaded to Hyphen PDA advising us what amount needs to be collected monthly and to which Credit Providers payments need to be made.
Our monthly Consumer Statements that are e-mailed to each Consumer under debt review reflects an INDICATIVE outstanding balance as advised by your Debt Counsellor. Hyphen PDA will never have a true balance as there is no link between the PDAs in South African and the Credit Providers. Your Debt Counsellor has a responsibility of updating your Credit Provider balances on a regular bases, not the PDAs.
The last successful collection and allocations made by Hyphen PDA was in June 2017. Your debt review plan that was uploaded to Hyphen PDA was terminated by your Debt Counsellor on the 10 July 2017. Therefore since June 2017 Hyphen PDA has not collected or distributed any further funds.
A Consumer statement from date of inception as well as an explanation around The PDA and outstanding balances will be e-mailed to you.
Money Management Solutions is still an active Debt Counsellor Company and all correspondence needs to be addressed with them as they were administering your debt review, not Hyphen PDA.
