I had the pleasure of dealing with Beryl Nel, she is caring and understanding and will always look out for my best interest while still doing her job well, she was never ever rude over the years. If unforeseen circumstance arose she would guide me on the best possible way to manage. Doing all this with respect and dignity. The company as a whole is very good I also dealt with Tony (ANTONIO MILLER) same they are calm friendly and understanding they will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is first they both helped with my Dad passed away when my mom and granddad were ill if the geyser burst or I had issues they stood by me always heling calling around making sure everything is okay
