Non delivery of an online order

I ordered sneakers from this company on 27 July 2021 and on 4 August the status of the order was updated to fulfilled but until today my order has not been delivered. I have been sending messages to the email address and a whatsapp number they have listed on the "Contact us" tab on their website but I get no response. I don't know what else to do now.
