Do not order from Hypewear. Co. Za

Please note that Hypewear.co.za is a **** website. My daughter ordered and paid for a pair of Dr Martens using her debit card. We subsequently cancelled the order 2 days later via the email address provided. We followed up on the WhatsApp no provided. We have yet to receive a response regarding the refund. Facebook searches of Hypewear yield a geographical location of Algiers with and international number which is equally unresponsive. Why is this website allowed to operate despite of several complaints of the same nature. How does 9ne report such a website and shut it down so that other people are not ****med!
