Useless service

I was involved in an accident. What took me 1 phone call to the guilty party to pay out took hypersure and whoever they use 6 months to do. I asked what is happening with another case only to be ignored for over a month. They say they would phone me and a week later I was still waiting for a call. When they decided to call me they used my old number to which I prefer not to use and they don't care about there clients and blame the insurance company.
