Lost drone x pro from Hyperstech

I have written a review and got no answer from them on hello Peter.They still don't reply on emails.It is the sender of a parcels responsibility to see that the parcel is delivered.According to SAPO the parcel was not delivered in South Africa from Netherlands Post office.What am I to do?Paid and received nothing.Last tracking was 24/12/2022 and that's it .
