DroneX Pro from Hyperstech (taken South Africa by storm) cant deliver in 14 days

I recently ordered and paid for a Drone X Pro from Hyperstech, who offered me 50% discount and 14 day deliver to my door. This submission has been ammended by Hyperstech's support team to include that in their shipment information includes that it will take est 45 days to delivery in South Africa. I have yet to find this information in their websites promotional information, and I must include that the support team at Hyperstech are prompt with their reply but sadly low on delivery of valid local infromation and service. This was intended as a Xmas gift for my Grandson. Folks should be cautious as the advertising/promotion on Hyperstech part, as I found it to be misleading: 1. This is not a product available in South Africa. 2. Its shipped from China and may attract import taxes for the your account. 3. It is unlikely to ship to your door in 14 days (ours has not arrived after 43 days) 4. Once it reaches South Africa I understand, you will be expected to track and recover it from the postal system yourself and it may not be delivered as promised to your door. 5. Hyperstech folks have no control over the parcel once it arrives in South Africa, they as you are at the mercy of the SA Postal Services who may or may not recognised the tracking numbers, and do not deliver to your door. 6. There appears to be no refund policy from Hypertech support team who seem unwilling to provide the same, will continue to suggest that the shipment is on route and everything is normal and natural even after 43 days. 7. None of this is mentioned in the promotional information which is unfair and misleading from my experience, until payment is made, then a notification and further discounts are offered. 8.
