You will lose your money and not get the product you order

I ordered a R 2 800 screen from hyperspree.com. They responded immediately with banking details, telling me to pay immediately since stock was limited. I did so and sent them proof of payment. That was the last I heard from them, although I sent them multiple emails and made use of the only contact number - for Whatsapp - they provided. I underwent the very time consuming process of opening a case against them and trying to get my bank to reverse the transaction, but they had already cleared the account, so my money is gone. The bank says they keep changing their account details. I wouldn't be surprised if they change their name as well. Watch out for a website which looks legitimate, but they have no phone number you can actually contact them on and they don't immediately respond to your payment. They even give a physical address: 259 Monument Road, Glenmarais, Kempton Park, Johannesburg, although on Google maps it seems this is an estate agent's office blocks. Reverse your payment immediately if this happens to you - you may be lucky and keep your money.
